Privately Held NYC Architectural Consulting firm specializing in Building Code, Zoning and Building Department Expediting seeks highly ambitious architects for immediate, part-time/full-time Project Manager positions. Check www.pwolfe.com for details on what we do.
Qualifications:
-Company culture requires ambitious, hard working, responsible, self-motivated people who are team players and have a desire to learn.
-Architectural (BARCH), Engineering degree, or related Construction experience/education.
-Top proficiency in AutoCad, Word, Outlook, Excel, & Acrobat.
-Excellent writing, typing, organizational and time management skills required.
-Excellent drafting skills & ability to read Architectural and Engineering drawings of all kinds.
-A desire to participate in the complex world of Building Code and Zoning, and to learn about the City Agencies which enforce them.
-New York City Department of Buildings experience or ID a plus.
